I haven’t seen Chris since we graduated from high school but I have clear memories of his kind, sincere character. We were in the orchestra together and I was always impressed with the way he approached music. I knew he experienced the music in a way that I did not. But, he was always supportive. I remember our teacher letting him conduct the orchestra a few times and always thought it perfect that he went on to have a career in music.

Zeke was one of my first friends at Dartmouth. We haven’t crossed paths since graduation but his voice and presence come so clearly to mind when I think of him. That incredible energy. It is so sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts are with his family.
