TAGLIATELLE WITH LEMON AND COOKED HAM
Ingredients:
2 untreated lemons
200 g cooked ham
Butter, extra virgin olive oil and parsley as needed
Preparation:
In a pan dilute oil and butter. Meanwhile peel the zest and chopped it in little pieces. Chop in little pieces also the ham. Saute zest and ham in the oil/butter very shortly. Aside, cook tagliatelle in boiling salted water. When it’s al dente (check the cooking time in the packaging), drain it and finish cooking in the sauce pan. Season with a generous sprinkle of grated parmisan cheese.
